These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Evolor (the “Game”) and this website, provided by Iaroslav Rybachuk, an individual game developer based in Kraków, Poland, publishing under the name Tagumplay (“we”, “us”). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and the device it is linked to. Do not share or sell accounts. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, exploits, modified clients or any unauthorized software;
• interfere with the servers or other players’ experience;
• abuse, harass or deceive other players, including in PvP duels;
• use offensive nicknames;
• sell or transfer in-game items or accounts for real money outside the Game.

Virtual items

Coins, crystals, monsters, outfits and other in-game items are licensed to you for use within the Game only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money. Purchases are processed by Google Play; refunds are handled according to its policies and applicable law.

Purchased items are delivered to your account immediately. If you are a consumer in the European Union, by making a purchase you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for that purchase.

Changes to the Game

We continuously update the Game and may change, add or remove features, items and balance. We may also discontinue the Game with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

The Game, its characters, art, music and code belong to Iaroslav Rybachuk (Tagumplay) or our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our permission.

Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or interruptions of service.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence or of your right to bring a claim in the courts of that country.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the new Terms.
