गोपनीयता नीति
This Privacy Policy explains how Iaroslav Rybachuk, an individual game developer publishing under the name Tagumplay (“we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects information when you play Evolor (the “Game”) and visit this website.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Iaroslav Rybachuk (Tagumplay), Kraków, Poland. Contact: rybachuk.iaroslav@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Game account data. When you start the Game, we create an account linked to a device identifier generated by the Game. We store your nickname, avatar and outfits, monsters, items, currencies, quest and battle progress and other gameplay data.
Purchase data. When you make an in-app purchase, we receive a purchase receipt from Google Play to verify it and deliver the item. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
Usage data. We record in-game events (for example, tutorial steps, battles and purchases) and technical information such as app version, device model, operating system and an app instance identifier to understand how the Game is used, fix bugs and balance gameplay.
Crash reports. If the Game crashes, we receive a technical report with the error details, device model, operating system version and app version.
Support requests. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, name, device model and message.
Communication with other players. Interactions with other players, such as PvP battles, are processed on our servers to make these features work.
How we use information and why
- to provide the Game, save your progress and synchronize it between sessions — necessary to perform our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- to verify purchases and deliver purchased items — performance of the agreement, and keeping purchase records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- to run multiplayer features such as PvP — performance of the agreement;
- to detect cheating, fraud and abuse — our legitimate interest in a fair and secure game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR);
- to analyse and improve the Game and fix crashes — our legitimate interest in keeping the Game working and improving it;
- to respond to support requests — performance of the agreement or our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Third-party services
We use the following services, which process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Google Play (Google Ireland Ltd.) — app distribution and payments;
- Google Firebase Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — usage statistics;
- Google Firebase Crashlytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — crash reports;
- Unity (Unity Technologies) — the game engine, which may collect technical diagnostics about performance and errors.
Google and Unity may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers are protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See Google’s privacy policy and Unity’s privacy policy.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time — see Delete account; we delete the account within 30 days. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Purchase records may be kept longer where required by law.
Children
The Game is not directed at children under 13. In the European Economic Area, players under 16 may use the Game only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without such consent, contact us and we will delete it.
